Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Continuo ("the app," "the website," "we," "us"). By using Continuo, you agree to these Terms. Continuo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of your employer.

What Continuo is (and isn't)

Continuo is a personal productivity tool that helps you capture, organize, and prepare your own work information. It is not a medical record system, not a system of record for patient data, and not a substitute for your employer's official systems (such as a CRM). It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Use Continuo lawfully and in line with your organization's policies.
  • Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated patient data.
  • Keep your credentials secure and don't share your account.
  • Review and approve anything Continuo prepares before you act on it.

AI features

Continuo uses AI to extract, summarize, prioritize, and suggest. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Continuo suggests; you approve. Always verify important information before relying on it.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export or request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability & changes

Continuo is provided "as is" and "as available," and is in active development. Features may change and service may be interrupted. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

You may stop using Continuo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and its users or if these Terms are violated.
